MENTAL HEALTH

In today’s fully occupied schedule it is essential for all of us to maintain a good mental and physical health. In such a tedious schedule we hardly get time to keep the fitness of our body by exercising regularly, taking various supplements, maintaining balance diet etc.

Whereas on the other hand we miss to focus on balancing mental health resulting in loosing temperament, of oneself, procrastination of work, unbalanced living etc.

Both physical health and mental health are essential in bringing prosperity in one’s life.

PRIORITY OF MENTAL HEALTH

PROPER Mental health is inevitable, which breaks the stigma of one’s life. Long hours of working habit brings fatigue in one self, resulting disruption in the tenacity of work with due course of time.  One must focus in developing a good constructive mind by spending quality time with oneself. Meditation, Yoga creates large impact for the growth of a stable mind.

INTEGRATION OF MENTAL HELATH WITH PROFESSION, CAREER AND LIFE.

In our life it is impeccable to mind upon Mental Health. There are several aspects in life where we need to keep our ambition and dream intact in terms of success. Mostly it is getting distorted in real life due to failure and obstacles, so as our profession and career. In the junction of such struggle we all need to implement our own strategy, i.e MENTAL HEALTH.

CONCEPTION OF MENTAL HEALTH

As we take care of our physical well being and we focused upon regular regime of applying food and clothing, it is necessary to spend few of our life for the SOCIETY. As per IKIGAI concept based from Japan, we all must learn the concept of living life filled with joy and a purpose. Thus, regular mixing with the people, making a good bondage and sharing our emotions to live better life.

PRACTICE SHOULD START FROM CHILDHOOD DAYS

A balance diet along with a good ambience, society and nature is essential for all over nourishment of a child. So there should a bag of emotion along with a tiffin box of smile and motivation besides every school bag. Children must have the opportunity to have the freedom of free mixing and open to share their emotions to elders. Regular practice of reading motivational books, listening proper music and involving in creative activities does significant impact on MENTAL HEALTH.

A teacher must take care of the mental health of the child to promote an ideal citizen or human being.

A teacher always plays the figure of a role model in the classroom as she delivers not only lectures but the basic life mantras to the children around her. A teacher should always focus on the basic requirements of a child, through interactive sessions, inspiring the children with good thoughts especially in terms of her needs to become an ideal citizen of the upcoming generation.
