Rishi Aurobindo Memorial Academy

Rishi Aurobindo Memorial Academy participated in the Bengali word game show Shondo Jobdo organized by Anandabazar patrika. Two students from the middle school Shubhankar Dutta and Arushi Saha and one from the senior section Master Alex Shyon Makhal was sent for the participation. They were made to compete in two categories named jumbled up words ( Olot Palot) and missing words (lopat) respectively. Our students got selected for the final round which will be held at Rabindra Sadan among 120 participating schools across the country.

Arohi Dey of class VI has made us proud by winning the Gold Medal in the CISCE Yoga Competition held at Agrasin Balika Siksha Sadan on 1st August, 2024.
Among 15 participating schools, she came first in the under- 14 Group Yoga event. She performed solo.
Her dedication, flexibility, and mastery of yoga poses have paid off, demonstrating exceptional skill.

Rishi Aurobindo Memorial Academy participated in the CISCE ARCHERY & ROLLER SKATING EVENT held in The Heritage School. Sagar Halder of class IX won bronze medal in the Quad 500m event and silver medal in the Quad 1000m event. Along with it he also won the silver cup in U-19 boys Quad event. .

A student of Rishi Aurobindo Memorial Academy, Rishika Das of class VI participated in Roller Skating (500M,1000M). Rishika held the 3rd position in Roller Skating 1000 M and won bronze medal.

The students of our school RAMA have also participated in several literacy events like quiz, singing, and dance competitions organized by the Sri Aurobindo Bhawan Kolkata from where our students came out with flying colors. Students of RAMA have also participated in interschool competitions and won the first prize.

Our students have gathered numerous successes in their ICSE & ISC examinations and obtained 94.5% in ICSE 2019, 93.3% in ICSE 2020, 94% in ISC 2019, and 92% in 2020.
